| I found some threads on convection microwaves, but nothing on a specific model: the Sharp Steam Oven AX1200. It claims to be a convection oven, a steam oven, a super-steam convection oven, and a microwave. I am interested because of the steam capability. I would very much like a steam convection oven (combi), but it looks like Wolf, Gaggenau etc. are at least $3k. The sharp is around $900. I think in the future this kind of appliance will be more common, and thus less expensive, so if this works I wouldn't mind saving the money. Any experience with this? |
