Chose the Wolf due to larger capacity, more convenient water access, and probably better reliability. Also, I feel that it looks better.

i have the Wolf. Love it but still learning. I love the fact it will fit a 1/2 cookie sheet and most of my roasting pans.

Good choice Michelle - we spent a lot of time studying both and decided the Wolf was better.
