Does anyone know if there is a refrigerator that is built-in and fully integrated with an interior water dispenser? Thanks!

Hmm, not sure if I understand the concept of "fully integrated" but I have a GE French door fridge/freezer which has NO thru-the-door thingy. It has an interior water dispenser inside in the main body of the fridge, near the spot where the left door hinges open. There is also a built in icemaker in the freezer beneath this dispenser. No spot allocated for a drain if you spill anything. There is a water filter inside the fridge, in the upper back right corner out of the way. I did not want a thru-door ice/water dispenser because I liked having full use of the doors for foodstuff. With two adults and no children in the household, opening the door is a minimized event, and the appliance does not run to keep up with our use.

NO, but you can get an undercounter chiller to dispense cold water.
