Don't know about that- but it seems likely. Sorry you couldn't fit the WaveTouch- we love ours!

Even if find one, make sure there would be a good returns policy. We have the Elux. Wave Touch. (Love those racks)
I test drove the roll-out racks of other major brands and the Elux was the smoothest rolling of them all. That tipped the scales.

Not sure a non-OEM would roll as nicely.

No question about the Elux racks - they're fantastic. I have tried the Fagor rack in a display I fount and it's excellent - I''m trying to get the owner of that display to sell it to me.

xedos, thanks for the suggestion. In fact, my husband did call someone on Friday, and got a very nice person who looked it up, determined (as we already had) that they used to make it with one, and said he was going to check the factory to see if he could get one for us.

"used to make one" should mean they have spare parts around somewhere.

That's what the guy from Fagor thought, so he was going to check for us. We're willing to pay for it.

Oh well, there are no 30" rolling racks to be had, anywhere. The good news is I baked cookies today for the first time, and the true convection is fantastic. In my old KA oven, convection also, you still had to switch the cookie sheets top to bottom and front to back to prevent scorching and undercooking. Not so with the Fagor - they are all browned and beautiful.
