36" dual fuel range help

All - found these threads very helpful for research, but having a hard time dialing in on an answer, so I thought ineould ask.

We are starting our remodel and are limited to 36" range due to layout. I want duel fuel to avoid heating up the kitchen (live in So Cal with no AC). Also, we would like something with a 4 burner/griddle layout option.

The Wolf DF seems to have the well documented chipping problem. No option for Bluestar.

Do we go Viking or Thermador? Or something else?

Budget - can go up to $10k

The current price for the "Duel Fuel Capital Open Burner" is over $3k less than your budget. This will be available for about another 4-5 days.

This should be on anyone's list looking for a duel fuel pro range.

That piece of information deserves it's own thread. I took a look, it looks nice. Rotisserie, too.
