I've searched this forum and found quite a few people have had the same burner problems (blowing out when oven is on, delayed ignition) we have with the Wolf all gas range. I'm just wondering if there are any recent updates on the problem.

We've had the 36" AG for about a year and a half now and have had the burner problem from the beginning. We just lived with it but it does affect how we cook sometimes and when you spend this kind of money on a range you expect it to work properly. I recently contacted Wolf online and they said the burners were starved of oxygen and we should call our serivice rep. Wolf didn't indicate this was a common problem with the AG or that they would do anything about it. We're now going to call our service rep and see what they say. Also, how does one go about getting Wolf/SZ to foot the bill to get it fixed? Thanks
