Have you inquired on installation cost and delivery?
Will the appliances fit through your entry doors and kitchen space? CAn you navigate the appliances in your kitchen ? Some kitchens have appliances in before they install the last cabinet or island. Measure the entire work space.

I have viking and subzero. I replaced the 14 year old sub zero this summer for just under 9 grand. I know it will cost near 13 grand to replace the viking system.

Who covers the cost if the items are damaged in the move?

If you are comfortable knowing it fits in your space and that you have a good installation team I would buy the set. I would also open the vent panel to see how clean they kept it......... Do an inspection and get quotes on the install so yiu know how much you are really spending.
