I'm no expert but it looks French Provincial mid 1960's. Legs & curve look like my stereo & we bought hubby's mom a Naugahyde sofa in 1962 wasn't like that it was just plain. So don't know how much help this is, is it leather?

thanks for the reply. I am pretty sure it is vinyl. I am amazed at the condition of the upholstery, i just wiped it down and it came up well. I think it may have been stored in a shed/barn for a bit, had some hay under the cushions lol. I am just debating on what to do with it. I was offered $100 for it and being as Christmas is coming up and money is tight i am temted. On the other hand, i do like it and for some reason i think it may be worth more then the offered price. I am hoping somebody may have some idea as to its value. thanks again.

If I were you I would take the $100 and run!

Its 1960s french provincial. The upholstery could be naugahyde, which is a high grade vinyl. I would probably take the $100 for it, unless you wanted to use it yourself. That is a good price outside the vintage retail setting.
