 o
Russian Sterling?

I have heard that 84 on a silver item means its Russian sterling silver ...84 grams. This is a shot "glass" that appears to be Crudely carved on...not actual stamp. But the detail of the design on the shot glass itself appears to be similar to those of Russian sterling silver shots. I will post another photo. Any detail would be wonderful. Thanks.
