old york peanut butter jar

i found this jar years ago but can not find any info on it.it is a smaller caning jar that has a picture embosed in glass some one milking a peanut cow.also it says york peanut butter and it also says 1 lb also embosed in glass.i am asuming it is from the same era as the blue ribbon coffe jars that could be reused as caning jars.any info greatly apreacated

York is best known for their sports collecting ncardsthat were in the jars. It was a Canadian company?
