Question about Knickerbocker Silver Co.

I am wondering when Knickerbocker Silver Co. used the backstamp of a capital letter "K" as their logo. I have researched and can find nothing about them using this, instead, all sites seem to point to an old man/soldier in a tricorn hat as their backstamp.

I have tried all the usual sites, and cannot find mention anywhere. Thanks if anybody can provide any insight.

For clarification, I know the history of the company, but would like to find out about the backstamps and what year(s) each of the different backstamps were in use.

Like was the "K" backstamp in use before or after the Guy with the Hat backstamp.
