Can't help on your identification, but it is obviously post-1967 since it is microwave proof and that was the year they really became available for general household use.

The FP and Roseville pretty well peg it as Friendship. I am from the area and have the same pattern in a set of soup bowls. Mine also have the FP in the logo, but have two hands shaking. Friendship is the only pottery I know of that has been in Roseville (I used to work for McCoy pottery there) who used those initials in their trademark.

Oh, I found a link you may be interested in. It's the history of Hull Pottery, who sold out to Friendship. Friendship pottery burned in 1993, so your piece was produced before then. It is a modern piece, as you already know, but since the facility is defunct, should become collectable. I do genealogy research for the area, which was named at one time the pottery capital of the world, and the Hull family, as well as the Crooks, and the Wilburs all of whom owned those potteries is in my lineage. It was a very common occupation for nearly two centuries here. My Mother worked Shawnee, as well as some other smaller potteries.
