where are decent places to advertise antiques, please?

I have a few antiques I would like to sell. I am aware of EBay and Craigslist. Do any of you recommend any other sites to sell an item? Not all are antiques- just 'old' at this point I believe- such as an icebox. Not sure what all I want to sell yet, but all very nice. Also, besides an appraiser, where can I go to get an average selling price.
Thank you for your help. (I'd attach pics, but don't know how on this site yet)

Search completed sales on ebay for the selling price for similar items.
You have named the 2 best on line sites for selling that I know of.....but your local newspaper is another good source.
