Old Pottery Bowls

Any idea of age/origin ? They seem to be redware for sure.

Yep...old redware...not slip decorated....could be from anyplace they had red clay. They sure look wheel turned so not Indian.
Where did you get them?

I got them at a local auction . They do have some decoration on them that has worn off a little.

very old bowl

Here is one of my oldest at least it looks like the oldest one out of my collection. It has lost all of its base color but still retains some of the green decoration. Its over 12" wide and about 4" high.
