The smaller flowers look like violets; the pink one might be an old-fashioned rose. Googling "Alfred Meakin violets" came up with a number of hits, but I didn't see one that matches this. But if you search more thoroughly than I did, you may find it.

Replacements would also be a good place to check. They have patterns listed by manufacturer.
