Rocker

Posted by rice17 (My Page) on

I received this rocker about 25 yrs. ago. Could someone help me? What is the face on the rocker? When was this rocker made and does it have any value?

Sorry, I could not rotate the first picture.

Thanks,
D

RE: Rocker

The face is called "old northwind" and chairs with that face in the back were commonly made around the turn of the 20th century.
Yours looks to be ample and in very nice condition.
Of course it has value, as all good looking usable furniture has value.
