Clearing off the desk. Found this scrap of paper for furniture cleaner.
Boiled linseed oil
terpentine
white vinegar

But there are no proportions. Equal parts?

Old old recipe....yes, equal parts.
And the very oldest recipe calls for cow urine instead of vinegar.
Oh and the vinegar should be cider vinegar.

Think I will go with the cider vinegar ;-)

Which brings to mind....if I could substitute horse urine....walking behind the pony mare....or standing next to the horse gelding.....and the amount of traffic on my road. I don't know if anyone would be surprised seeing me do either of those things.

Discounted that right off the bat! But it's better than picking up after the dogs. Or the cats!
