Commode chair

Anyone have an idea of the age and value of this chair?

Just a guess....but perhaps about 1910 to 1925 or so? No idea of value....not a lot of demand for commode chairs.

Thanks for the reply. I guess it is kind of gross. Maybe a house museum could use it.

I've seen the place for the chamberpot used to store lap robes, needledpoint or other stuff.

Could be handy, and it's a graceful chair.
