Can you identify this Limoges France china pattern?

This china collection has been in my family for I think about 30years. It given to my Grandmother by a friend who had it for awhile also, so I don't really know its age.

I have searched the internet and Replacements, LTD but I am not having any luck. Do you know the pattern name or can you point me to other websites where I can continue my research.

Any tidbits would be appreciated.

The marking on the back is Limoges France and then a blue swan in a circle. A few of the pieces are marked R & Co.

Check Replacements ->Limoges->Raynaud->RYD58

There are several pieces of china with the same floral bouquet, but with different trims.

The R&Co stands for Raynaud, and possibly dates to the 1920's and 1930's.
