| Friend was wondering who the maker is of this silverplate collector spoon.

| I believe it's a souvenir-type spoon. Probably from somewhere she has visited, or that commemorates some event. I don't think they have a name or pattern. |

| It is stamped, "Made in Holland". This could be a clue. |
