Can you tell us if there are any marks on the reverse? History of inquisition? General geographical area? Other pieces to the set? The more information you can provide, the better chance to get an answer or clues you can follow to work toward one. There are thousands of china patterns and just showing one picture of one plate would mean someone out there just happens to have had experience with it. Not likely if it's really old or not a much copied piece by a famous company..
