| I found my mother's old sewing machine in the basement. It is a Precision Built for Montgomery Ward Made in Japan electric machine. The number on it is H600544; it has a Universal Motor made by the Electrical Manufacturing Co. of Racine WI. It is in a cabinet and in good condition. I think it goes back to at least the 50s or 60s and possibly before that. There are a few accessories in a box. My mother was the seamstress in the family, not me.
Can anyone tell me what it might be worth? |

| A straight-stitch of that vintage, unless it's the Singer Featherweight, sells for $15-50 depending on the area. It has to be in working condition. |
