Dates most likely pre-war.... Value? Whatever you can get someone to pay. You looking to sell it quickly or do you want to put a price on it and wait? Wanting to sell to a collector or to a dealer who will keep it until the right buyer comes along?
WW II....If you could get $100 for it I think you would be doing well....in a high end "shoppe" it might have a price tag of $200 to $250....but it also might sit there for 5 years!
