Help Identify Tea Set

Hello,
I am new to the forum and hope someone can help. I have this tea set and know nothing about it. I purchased it at an estate sale some years back for $4. It looks hand crafted to me. It is a three piece set. For some reason I am having problems adding more than one picture.

Nice tea set.

Try searching images for: Pewter Mounted Yixing Pottery

there seem to be quite a few.

Thank you lazygardens. I have found more information on them, but you know how that is sometimes the answer to a question leads to more questions lol
