Just bought an antique buffet on ebay from a woman in MD who has a warehouse. The piece was 1250. The woman who runs the business recommended a shipper who would charge $495. That seeems exorbitant. Can anyone recc a service that would truck it up here?

Many Thanks,
lisa

The cheapest way would probably be to take a bus to MD, rent a u-haul, and take it to NY yourself. Good luck.
