Sizing glass stoppers for antique bottles.

I found three old glass apothocary bottles at Goodwill that are missing their stoppers. I found a vendor on ebay, selling stoppers in sizes 9, 13, 16, 19, 22, and 27, but I have no idea how those numbers relate to my bottles. All three have ground glass openings that measure 7/8" in diameter. Can anyone tell me what size number I should order?

Why not email the vendor and ask?

I did, and am still waiting for a response. If I don't hear back from him, I won't purchase the stoppers from him, even if I get the sizing info I need. But I figure I'll need it for most vendors... unless they post the actual measurements of the stoppers.
I also tried googling for the info, but came up with nothing.
