identifying age and value of old handtruck from mill

I picked up an old handtruck may have been used in a mill at a farm sale in central Ontario and are hoping that you call help identify age/value.
It is mostly construced of wood with the bottom plate that items would rest on being cast iron.It is quite heavy, is a ladder back style with wood wheels. It is lettered on both sides
Fairbanks Morse company limited and has the number 218 on the side as well. i ried to upload photos but are having trouble with this exercise at the momment.

As a handtruck, not worth much because the old wood is probably not up to the job of carrying anything.

As a decorative antique, it depends on the area and the local market. Stacked with vintage soda crates as ambiance?

To descendants of an employee of the company, it might be worth more.

Fairbanks & Morse weighing scales were a common fixture in country stores, farm supply stores, and feed stores from the 1800s up to 1945. Old style country stores began to close in the 1930s and were mostly gone by 1950. That hand truck may have been an accessory to a weighing station. These are found in grain elevators as well.

Wood wheels would date this as an early unit. All the hand trucks I saw in the 1940s had metal wheels.
