Help identifying Native American beaded bag

I aquired this nice little bag from a family member, but cannot find any information that would help identify the affiliated tribe. It's a small beaded bag measuring 15" long, the pouch is nearly 2"x2". I believe it may have been purchased in Oklahoma but not sure. May be a beaded amulet. Any feedback would greatly be appreciated.

I think it's a tourist item....called a medicine bag.
I don't see anything to ID a tribe from....appears to be a bear with an arrow in the "heart". Think it's meaning is to have the heart of the bear.....strength and bravery.
