Any Info or Value of these Rockers???

I have a pair of coil springs rockers that have A H Schram 1897 on the hardware of the springs. Purchased them at an estate sale and love them. Just wondered if anyone could tell me of the age and value??? Did I get a good deal or a Dud??

Thanks

I'd say 1897 is as good a guess as any!...Great chairs!...different but at the same time typical of the period.
Sometimes called "patent rockers" "platform rockers" or "self rockers".

Here is a link that might be useful: rockers
