11' fitter on shade

I just bought an old hanging / wall mount iron frame. It needs a shade with an 11" fitter, and it really needs to be 11" and not 10" because the ledge is very narrow. I have searched for 2 days and can't find a single shade with an 11" fitter. What's going on? Did anyone ever make one? Do they exist? Suggestion?

I found a company "Fenchal Shade" online that is very reasonable and will design anything you need. I have a lamp that I am ordering a shade for and they have been very helpful so far. They are an American Company that has been around awhile
