Candelabra design?

I recently bought this. I love the design and am trying to figure out if it's a replica of a French design...or what. Or if there's a name or style associated with this design. I wouldn't mind finding another larger one. This one is a gold plated metal painted white. It does not have any identification marks on it that I can find. It's 10 1/2 inches tall.
