Identify China Cabinet Please

I am selling the china cabinet in an upcoming estate sale, and I'm not sure how to price this. It says made in Mexico on the back. If anyone can help please feel free to give me your input! Thank you!

Can't suggest a price, but as nice as it is, I doubt it's an antique.

Nice, probably Mexican pine, but nothing special and definitely not antique. I'd price it at about 30% of what a similar piece sells for new.

"Made in Mexico" means it was made for export. Made for use in Mexico says "Hecho en Mexico" or has no marks at all.

Agree, though it is a handsome piece.
