How sure are you about that 1930s date?

Some pictures of the drawer construction details, the bottom cabinet hinges & if possible the back of the cabinet. These would go a long way to helping date it. I too question the 1930's date, but I will reserve judgment til I see some more photos. Also where did the cabinet come from? Do you have any history? mfrog

The upper right conpartment is drilled for 3 adustable shelves. Each shelf has 3 sets of holes. Do you have the shelves?

I can not tell, but I sense it has been stripped and refinished.. The finish seems newer than 1930.

I have seen drawer pulls like those on furniture dating to 1920.

I am not sure about the 1930s date. The family lived in Brooklyn not sure where the piece was purchased.
The original piece had glass fronts but someone changed it to mirror. There were 3 wood shelves on top and one on each bottom cabinet but they are no longer there. I don't know if it was stripped and refinished. I just put Restore a Finish on it, trying to bring some life back to it.
