Elegant Glass

I have a piece I bought years ago at an estate sale. It had a paper taped to the bottom saying it is Paden City. I cannot find this piece in any of my references. Are pictures allowed to be posted here? I really need help with this piece, it is driving me crazy!

Yes you can post pictures here. Use a photobucket account and then post it from there.

I love elegant glass...I can't wait to see it :)

RE: Elegant Glass

The original owner may also have been wrong about the origin of the glass.
Paden City made a lot of glassware that was decorated somewhere else, so that may be another reason you can't find the pattern.

RE: Elegant Glass

I don't know too much about glassware, but in it's day, Heisey was considered the most beautiful, so if it has a cut pattern, it could be Heisey.

Here's a website with many different patterns. ;o)

Here is a link that might be useful: glassware patterns
