Flemish Art GameTable - any idea of value?

So I fell in love with this table when I saw it on the picture gallery for an upcoming auction. It is listed as a flemish art game table, but as much as I like it, I don't want to overpay. I have been searching the internet but have been unsuccessful in finding something comparable. Any ideas as to the value? thanks

That's very unusual. However, with only 7 rows, you can't play chess or checkers - they require a 8-row table. What game uses a 7x15 grid?

"Overpay" has no meaning. Unless you are buying for resale, the question is whether or not the piece can serve a useful function in your life.

Yes, my brother always tells me the same thing - if I like something, it is worth whatever I am willing to pay! thank you.
