I purchased several pieces of this at an estate sale this weekend.

I've done a limited search with no luck.

Can someone help me with the pattern name, please?

If you look through the pictures at replacements.com, you should be able to find it. Since that's an International Silver brand, you'll have about a gajillion patterns to look through though, so get comfy first! It looks kind of like "Adoration" though.
