| This white dog is marked only "Germany 1271". It is hollow, is about 3-1/2" tall, has a sort of poodle-look, is covered with raised dots and the gold lustre on the basket is slightly worn. I always thought that goods should be marked "Made in ____". The marking is incised and not printed on. Can't seem to find anything about it, or another one like it!

| It's old.....A German version of a Staffordshire poodle. Is it small? About 3 to 6 or 7 inches tall? Probably a fairing. Linda C |
