Need help identifying my antique buffet. see pics

I have this old antique buffet that was my grandparents and I wanna fix it up but I know absolutely nothing about it. I search high and low there are no markings on it other than a letter B on the back. I understand its missing the top half whatever it was and was hoping I could somehow find another top half for it. Can anybody tell what I have here??
