I have a punch bowl I received after my mother passed away. It belonged to my grandfather's aunt and I was wondering if someone could give me information about it.

Imperial Glass Co. "Broken Arches" pattern maybe? Do you have the cups?

It's very pretty!

My mother uses punch bowls to serve salad to large groups. I always thought eggnog would make the guests happier...

Oh, I think the pedestal is upside down. :P

Nice, would be lovely with a salad in it!!

I think fori is correct--if you google 'glass pedestal punch bowl broken arches' you'll find several pieces for sale (ebay, etsy, tias, rubylane).

BTW, the sets were also produced in several colors of carnival glass. A set with 12 cups cost all of $1.25, wholesale (sigh :), in 1911--see link.

Edited to add:
I thought I remembered another thread with the same pattern punch bowl--scroll down and click on the link. It looks just like yours, but no definite ID was made on that one.

Here is a link that might be useful: carnivalheaven.com

Thank you...how embarrassing. It looks so much better with the pedestal the other way.
