Need help identifying lamp.

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about this lamp. It's very heavy, I'm thinking cast brass, with a glass shade embossed with flowers and it has the fringe along the bottom. The design reminds me a bit of the Victorian fabric style lamp shades. I just don't really know how old it is or its value, cause I couldn't find one with similar body and shape. I appreciate any help! Thank you!
