| Please help. Can anyone tell me what style of chair this is? How old? I have looked for years to find a picture of something similar and had no luck. Any info is appreciated. |

| I would call it a "hall chair" and guess its date at 1910-1930. Can you tell what the wood is? |
|
| Don't know what the wood is. There is a stencil number on the bottom of the solid plank seat. 769 Can you tell me why you think it might be that time period? Have you ever seen a chair like it? Or, have any idea who the make is? I bought the chair about 30 years ago in Northeastern Pennsylvania/Ohio area. |
