| I ran across this on ebay. Not sure of it's value but may bid on it for the cause alone. Can anyone offer more feedback?

I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole. I am very wary of new ebay dealers with no feedback not even been a buyer before....and charging a very hefty shipping and handeling charge.
And an internet search didn't turn up any thing in a bi centennial commerative by Kueps....and the collectors plates by Kueps I did find were not bringing more than $25.
