antique teapot

My neighbor thinks he has an antique teapot. I looked all over to find out who made it and no luck. This is a picture of the stamp on the bottom. I'm curious if it really is an antique. Any answers would help! Thanks!

RE: antique teapot

Would help to see the teapot sitting with the lid. Might be able to tell from shape or decoration who made it. Seems like the writing is pretty clear, can you use magnifying glass & read any of the letters & tell us.? Is it right side up or not. If turned around looks like it could be a crown on top (bottom on pic) Tried to enlarge but it blurred. Is the middle a person doing something? Looks like it to me.
