Swedish American Telephone Company Part

A friend of mine found an antique phone part that has 'Swedish American Telephone Co. - Chicago - U.S.A. - 56924' printed on it. How much do you think that its worth? Would it be something that a collector such as a museum might like?

I have a one of these phones but a couple of parts need replacing. Anyone have any ideas as to where I can get extra parts?
