Please help me identify this antique teapot

My mom gave me this teapot, before she died, It was handed down to her from her grandma.I have uploaded the photo, here is the website:
The picture of the marking is a little blurred on this picture but it looks like 2 branches of laurel leaves forming a circle with a crown on top. Then the words " NAGOYA CHINA" inside the circle made by the leaves and under the leaves it says "JAPAN".
Help will be very much appreciated.
