I have a Tell City Chair co. telephone table. It has a tag on it that says "this article is made in compliance with an act of Kansas approved in March 1923". Has some nicks and scratches but otherwise in good shape...not sure of the wood. Does anyone have an idea what this could be worth?

Not that much. I see these for sale on Craigslist all the time.

Your is in "well loved" condition meaning somebody would have to refinish and reupholster for it to work well in today's decor. I think this particular chair is also clunky looking compared to many I've seen. Still though, painted and reupholstered it could fit into a shabby chic kind of look. Think it's pushing the envelope but I'd ask $75 and just hope somebody falls in love. /tricia
