Any guesses on who made this?

RE: Another compote? have me stumped on most accounts. It's a tall compote or sometimes called a jelly compote. I think no later than 1930, likely earlier.
I am too lazy to drag out the Ruth Webb Lee books...
Might be a help to see what the foot looks like.
