Derby Silver ladies

Although this is my first post, I have followed this and other forums here for some time. I am amazed at the wealth of knowledge and information that is shared here, and hope that someone will be able to help identify a pair of silver figurines. They are 12 inches tall, and each is marked "DERBY SILVER CO DERBY CT QUADRUPLE PLATE", along with the Derby logo of an anchor in a circle. They are numbered and are very nicely detailed. The one with the hat is #5001, and the other is #5000. Despite many hours spent searching the web and our local library, I have been unable to find anything like them. The maker's mark indicates that they were made before 1898, when Derby merged with International Silver. I think perhaps they are examples of Aesthetic Era silver, possibly part of a commissioned four seasons set, but that is strictly conjecture on my part. Any information will be much appreciated!
