What can I do with plastic shutters?
Put the 4 together, make a column, add a top and use it for a stand of some sort--potted plant of gazing ball!
Hinge them together after painting them whatever color you like and use them as a screen. You could hang pictures and magazines off the slats. Or, make fabric panels to cover the slatted part.
