For Internet Explorer:
On the desktop, right click the Internet Explorer Icon.
Select "Properties"
At the top of the page that opens, it should show
that you are on the 'General' tab.
Use the buttons midway down the page to delete
Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.
For Mozilla Firefox, open the browser and from
the toolbar, click:
Tools>Options>Privacy.
Use the buttons to clear the files.
